·负责美妆品牌天猫店铺以及淘宝店铺的运营和管理
·制作年度促销方案，并对其销售结果负责
·能够有效管控直通车以及钻展的运营效果
·完成品牌天猫淘宝年度目标，包括销售额，PV，UV以及成交转换率
·熟知淘宝退换货政策
·开拓淘宝C店分销客户，并能够对淘宝上分销商家进行有效管理（DSR指标等），帮助其完成预设销售目标
·实时监控淘宝C店的乱价行为，并对其进行有效管控
·向分销商以及客户进行产品培训工作，并确保他们能了解品牌定位以及产品卖点
岗位要求：
·3年以上天猫淘宝店铺的运营工作经验
·有较强的沟通以及执行能力
·较好的沟通能力，能够进行跨部门沟通
·具备良好解决问题的能力
