职位描述：

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing for presentation, meeting and communication materials;

2. Assist GM to guide, supervise, manage and implement all the assignment;

3. Communicates and / or coordinates GM's instructions and requests with various individuals and / or departments under the direction of GM;

4. To analyze current business performance;

5. Develop solution for future opportunities;

6. Profitability / business planning for new projects;

7. To analysis & propose projects to company aligning with the strategic development of Hugo Boss in China.

8. To have vision for all future development projects & make the best proposal to company;

9. Be ready to handle unexpected or difficult situations.

Essential Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2 At least 3 years' business analysis experience with business acumun and strategy thinking, retail knowledge is puls.

3. Good analytical / qualitative skills with ability to articulate data findings in a "story telling" technique;

4. Fast learner, willing to work under pressure, result oriented;

5. Good communication and inter-personal skills:

6. Detailed, pleasant and outgoing personality;

7. Good language skill in English, both verbal and written;

8. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Excel and PPT).
