Accountabilities include
Provide support to HR Team, including:
? Provide general admin support to HR team, including but not limited to providing logistic support on internal and external meetings (such as meeting rooms and catering reservation, paper work preparation, PO/PR procurement process management), coordinating interviews, , arranging travels, hosting visitors, etc.
? Prepare and submit all HR data forms, timely submit various change requests, ensure all the changes are timely reflected in HR systems.
? Collect, maintain and update HR documents and records; ensure all documents are prepared, signed and collected in a timely manner.
? Generate regular or ad-hoc HR reports including but not limited to employee status report, turnover report, dashboard report, etc.; maintain the online/offline employee lists and continuously improve the accuracy and quality.
? Assist to facilitate and provide logistic support for HR programs
? Organize HR various HR events and arrange Festival gifts to enhance employee satisfaction. Manage relevant HR costs and improve the cost effectiveness.
? Manage CNIBR’s module on SAP/Firstport platforms, run reports and retrieve data under the guidance of HR system support team.
? Maintain HR Intranet, regularly collect and update intranet contents. Create HR news updates when needed.
? Coordinate the new hire on-boarding process, closely work with cross divisional staffing team and CNIBR internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process. Arrange new hire orientations. Optimize the on-boarding efficiency and quality.
? Coordinate the employee exit process, track the status, remind the approvers, step in the special cases when needed.
? Coordinate various HR related contracts and payments, make sure to meet internal process gover***ce and compliance requirements. Be proactively learn the most updated policies;
? Liaison with Cross Divisional HR teams on country level processes, monitor the service levels, support employees’ to communicate with Cross Divisional HR on special conditions.
Minimum requirements
? Bachelor degree with 2-3 years working experience as HR/Admin assistant or similar roles.
? Preliminary HR knowledge is preferred.
? Quick learner, action-oriented and self-motivated.
? Strongly dedicated and highly efficient, can handle multi-task with good quality.
? Highly trustworthy and ethical: used to handling sensitive information confidentially.
? Strong inter-personal skills, capable of handling complex situations.
? Good business-level English, written and spoken;
? Strong IT skills, particularly Email, PowerPoint, Excel; experience working with SAP or other systems.
