职位描述：
You are responsible for
? Coordinate and lead process, manufacturing and assembly activities (prototyping, engineering building and production release etc.) for a production launch; Responsible for product and process root-cause analysis and rapid improvements for new product introduction.
? Working together with purchasing and QA on supplier’s competence improvement, quality control either at product or process. Participating new supplier audit and technical related assessment.
? Responsible to review CR (change request) from any department and feedback. Consequently, responsible to initiate, review, and execution of the XCP (product technical change proposals) and ECN during new product introduction and throughout lifecycle;
? Responsible to be the owner to maintain correctness of BOM in Zhuhai production system;
? Responsible to create and maintain correctness of WI (working instruction) for operation.

You are a part of
A professional site engineering team who has frequent connection with global R&D and Site NPI project team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering related discipline, major in mechanical engineering is preferred
? At least 8 yrs. in NPI Engineer or mechanical development engineer role, experience in consumer electronics products is preferred, familiar with small mechanical parts like metal, plastics.
Competencies and skills:
? Good skill in both spoken and written English.
? Experience in using FMEA/DFA/DFM methods is plus.
? Has experience in using UG/Pro-E, Solidwords.
? Good communication and co-ordination ability, Self-motivated, Analytical & logical thinking, Team player. 举报 分享
