Scope and Size

- Deal with relative issues to satisfy customers

- Focus on and resolve potential/hot quality issues

- Build up a virtual team improve the offer quality

Summary of the job

key roles to:

- Ensure the CNPS to match and excess our targets

- Has the capability to build a virtual team to resolve the negative impacts on offer quality

- Fulfill the relative works arranged by line manager

Responsibility:

l Monitor Ecobuilding & Retail quality KPI / Dashboard and trend analysis with proposal;

l Lead Cross-BU/functions Issue handling and ensure country quality action complied with corp. directives/policy

l Drive to find root cause and support to corrective actions

l Initiate/Drive continual improvement project for related upstream

l Guarantees that the VOC is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team

l Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness, Customer satisfaction and Quality targets

Competency needed:

ü Data analysis competency

ü Good experience in industrial/DC logistics

ü Quality tools; (5why, G8D, 7 basic quality tools, Lean 6 Sigma, ...)

ü Excellent at excel and PPT

ü Good at English;

ü Excellent communication and co***ince skill.

Job Qualification

Requirement – Must to have:

1. Education: Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation preferred) or quality background, Bachelor/Master in Engineering (or MBA)/qualified quality management

2. Quality competency: Experienced in quality management ,8 years and above.

3. Leadership skills: Customer and result oriented, excellent influence and co***ince skills, good at communication & presentation.

4. Language: Fluent oral and written English

5. good experience in ERP(SAP, bFO, etc.)

Requirement – Nice to have:

l 6 Sigma BB, Lean Manufacturing related professional knowledge & practice

l Primary knowledge in electric products
