Mission of Function
- Achieve the related BU product sales target in thespecified Building Market in the area, establish and maintain a good customer relationship

Contacts
- Internal: Report to Zhejiang Project team leader, cooperate with BU and region colleagues, good communication with BU and other business groups
- External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially key technical player, project manager and relevant top management and other decision makers, consultants, authorities

Task
- Fulfill the individual sales target
- Observe the market to explore new customers or to set-up new sales channels
- Promote respective related BU products, systems and services in the area / application
- Fill in Maximize from all companies you visited or you have information about incl. customer aims and demand
- Follow up strategies of related BU
- Visit customers regularly and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments
- Provide customer with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation).
- Implement the strategy and price policy of the business units
- Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion( i.e workshops, seminar road show and etc ), guide the customer and make added value to the customer
- Familiar with and implement quotation and order process
- Responsible for the budget fulfillment of the VBez and of the customers
- Collect all available market data and forward to Team leader / Section Manager
- Other related tasks assigned by superior

Knowledge
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;- Professional use -of Microsoft Office software
- Negotiation skill
- Good know-how of Automation and Mechanical products
- Good knowledge of automation and drive

Experience
- 4-5 years of architecture mechanic & electric working experience, background of Building Market preferred
- working experience with international companies or colleagues
