- 对招聘岗位进行需求分析，掌握用人要求，达成招聘任务；
- 有效找寻合适候选人，并通过甄选、面试满足候选人与招募职位相匹要求；
- 为候选人提供跟踪服务 ；
- 协助开展校园招聘；
- 协助办理新员工入职手续，员工活动；
- 主管交办的其他工作；

任职要求：
- 2018届统招毕业生；
- 人力资源相关专业优先；
- 良好的沟通能力和良好的逻辑思考、分析和判断能力 ；

工作时间：
1、周一至周五（9:00-17:30），周末双休；
