Build assortments by Underware brand and by category that maximize revenue potential while effectively managing i***entory i***estment.
Partner and negotiate with brand partners on securing products and executing full-year event plans.
Partner with studio team to ensure high quality of photo-shooting, copywriting and all related product information.
Partner with marketing team on promotional programs to drive revenue.
Manage Merchandise Assistant and/or Merchandise Supervisor on PO creation, PO closure, stock returns to vendors, and web merchandising.
Liaise with Customer Service team to provide product training, where necessary.
Support Senior Merchandise Manager in securing new brand distribution for the website.
Liaise with Business Development team on executing first-time cooperation with brands.
Create and maintain monthly and full year event plans within the assigned brand and product categories.
Strong knowledge of local market conditions and practices of the Underware industry in China.
A strong history of sales goal achievement during career.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
Highly analytical, with ability to manage sales forecasts, gross margin, and i***entory effectively.
Strong organizational abilities.
Strong relationship management skills.
Previous e-commerce experience preferred.
Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up e***ironment.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin.
Fluency in written English.
Ability to co***erse in English comfortably in business setting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university.
3 years minimum Merchandising experience in Underware industry.
Previous Ecommerce experience a plus.
