职位描述：
This position is the “owner” of DME process, who will manage the brand DME tracking and reporting. The marketing associate will assist in other projects Marketing Manager assigned as his/her career development path and get prepared for senior roles in Marketing.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. DME and payment process, tracking and reporting

 Update China DME process according to business and fi***ce request
 Co-train trade marketing members for the HSY China DME process with Fi***ce counterpart
Track all the DME accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly DME report; Provide monthly DME forecast and achieve the forecast accuracy target

2. Trade Marketing Data analysis
Monthly/weekly tracking of core sku performance
Specific analysis based on line manager’s requirement
3. PCM system mainte***ce
Sales TP system mainte***ce, upload to TP tool in the system
4. Other projects/tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Stable, practical and willing to start from the daily routain work
Good teamwork capability with high integrity
Good interpersonal skills and able to work with parties outside the company organization
People oriented. Good interpersonal skills
Must be a strong self-starter, Devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure
Good organizing skills, able to deal with multi-tasks
Good Excel, Powerpoint skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree;
Experience:
At least 1 years working experience (FMCG industry w/ food experience a major plus)
