Field/s of Responsibility :
? Develop and implement business strategies and plans which provide for optimal market development.
? Monitor performance of product and carry out necessary changes to ensure targets are achieved
? Maintain regular contacts and establish good relations with opinion leaders, key customers
? Collect and analyze all relevant market (customers, competitors, etc.) information
? Direct the implementation of all marketing promotion activities
? Manage promotional expenses to ensure compliance with annual and quarterly promotional budgets
? Provide innovative support to the sales department (materials, training, information, promotional programs, etc.) and ensure strong collaboration and concise communication
? Works with other business partners (e.g. supply chain, Medical & Regulatory) to deliver business results
Required Competencies
? University degree required; Medical degree a plus;
? At least 2y’s experience with marketing or product management and strategic planning;
? Excellent communication skills
? Self motivated, proactive, team working spirit.
