职位描述：
Responsibilities
？ Fulfill routine purchase order
？ Develop sourcing strategies for CapEx sourcing, ongoing supplier management and evaluation
？ Develop, implement the sourcing strategy, drive supplier selection, development, and monitor the overall supplier management
？ Continually search for market insight and best practice. Bring it back to the group and drive for better performance/result upon that
？ Lead contract and price negotiations for CapEx sourcing
？ Work with sites/requestors to manage supplier day-to-day problem resolution
？ Develop and measure the level of supplier generated cost reductions. Lead communication of each BU, with serve on your own initiative, guide a need and meet the demand.
？ Ensure all verbal and written interaction with all business partners – internal and external is at professional standards
？ Lead and actively participate in the creation of innovative operational solutions to support procurement initiatives
？ Continually work to improve standards and processes in all aspects of procurement including processes, procedures, work instructions, additional documentation and systems responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
？ Good logical thinking, judging ability
？ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Life Science, Chemical related
？ Minimum of 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Management or Business
？ Skilled in analysis, Finance, Cash Mgmt, and Supply Chain
？ Ability to navigate through a large complex business and solve problems
？ Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills
