Title: Replenishment Specialist
Report to: Replenishment Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Order Management
Order planning, order placing, credit management in Oracle system. Also coordination with Logistics and Distribution for efficient replenishment.
2. Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales teams, Global Planning team, Logistics, Marketing, Finance team for daily work and issue solving.
3. Data mining and Analysis for relevant reports throughout organization
Identify appropriate information to highlight to key partners with recommendation for improvements on any issues and track key performance metrics.
4. Evolve customer management to collaboration
Work with customers to resolve day to day issues, continuously improve replenishment efficiencies and forecasts, and deliver value added services to increase profitable revenue.
5. Project Management
Lead and/or work on Supply Chain projects, including process mapping, timeline tracking, data analysis, etc to improve processes, reduce cost, and deliver value added services to increase profitable revenue.

Requirement:
1. Education : Bachelor or above
2. Working experience in planning, supply chain, and logistics functions in a multi-national corporation for > 3 years
3. System Order Management experience.
4. Customer management experience.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent, strong sense of responsibility
6. Good at reporting and analysis via Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point
7. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
