Quality Manager-南京
General Summary Multi-faceted, Quality Management position, responsible for quality engineering, reliability and reporting, integrated in the business Unit. Position represents the quality perspective and supports the marketing, product engineering and manufacturing functions of the Business Unit. Will act as a passionate zealot in the pursuit and attainment of high quality product and services. Must foster an environment dedicated to continual improvement.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and analyze external quality as measured through End-User and Customer Complaints, Call Center and Service Network personnel input, Warranty and List & Destroy Claim data, and Returned Goods Analysis. Prioritize findings and make recommendations for improvement.
2.Provide Quality Engineering services to include all aspects of quality planning for new product development and continuous improvement. Utilize Six Sigma (DFSS / DMAIC) methodologies as appropriate.
3.Develop and implement systems to monitor manufacturing product quality and process capability, including supplier performance. Provide root-cause analysis of product non-conformances. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
4.Coordinate on-going Reliability Testing of the Business Unit’s products. Monitor and analyze results and make recommendations for improvement.
5.Administer and maintain adherence to the Division’s Quality Management System to include the oversight of all internal, ISO and regulatory audits at this facility.
6.Manage the Nanjing quality function and establish procedure and practices to achieve quality targets.
7.Be an active participant in the Business Unit, contributing ideas and offering insight on all aspects of on-going activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Bachelors degree and five years experience in quality management or 10 years of progressive responsibility in quality management.
ASQ Certification is a plus.
The individual must have a good record of working in multi-functional teams and have demonstrated skills in leadership,
initiative, creativity, analysis, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate and have proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
