EngineerIng Manager-(500强美资公司,行业内知名品牌，南京新建厂房，全新职位,丰厚薪资待遇,广阔的发展前景)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Determine equipment & process requirements which will satisfy and meet all Quality Specifications, productivity targets allowing for peak production forecast of plus 10%.
2.Submit programs that will achieve hourly compensation productivity improvement.
3.Responsible for preparation of equipment specifications, appropriation requests, purchase order specifications, equipment design review approvals, equipment acceptance approvals, installation and production acceptance.
4.Prepare employees’ reviews/evaluations and conduct oral reviews with employees.
5.Must be able to develop ideas, schedule projects and employees’ time.
6.Must effectively interact with peers, train and motivate subordinates.
7.Develop and provide tooling, equipment and necessary processes for manufacturability of new products.
8.Responsible for managing/reporting Capital Expenditures and Cost Reductions.
9.Management responsibility for supporting the plant’s Standard Cost system with product operations routings, direct labor standards and audits to maintain integrity.
10.Maintain an Ergonomics analysis capability to promote and sustain Safe manufacturing environment
11.Manage support for manufacturing operations and lean initiatives with engineering analysis of plant layout, workflow, capacity, material handling, line balance and methods.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
?Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and ten (10) years related experience, or fifteen (15) years equivalent engineering experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in supervision.
?Must have good understanding/operation of personal computers and associated equipment.
?Must be good communicator with good English language written presentation and verbal skills.
?Certification in MTM/4M predetermined work measurement systems preferred
?Experience in a moderate-to-high volume electro-mechanical products manufacturing environment preferred
