职位描述：
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Control all warehouse inbound and outbound operations, ensure all targets of efficiency(LT) & cost are reached;
2. Make sure all operation related processes are compliant with company and government's policies, especially CFDA regulations, make plan for risk management and backup plan;
3. Be responsible for all operation related projects, ensure projects are well implemented within deadline;
4. Contact with 3rd party logistics, develop measuring matrix. Manage all 3rd party logistics providers' performance, regularly generate measurement report and seek for continuously improvement;
5. Be responsible for all problem solving during warehouse audits, insurance claim within warehouse’ scope;
6. Define short-term and long-term operation strategy with Supply Chain Manager, ensure continuous development to support aggressive business growth;
7. Cooperate with related department to implement company management system;
8. Monitor warehouse vendors’ performance and coach them to improve continuously.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree, and minimum 5-8 years working experience in warehouse
2. Have a very good knowledge for warehouse management, especially the CFDA regulations
3. Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
6. Familiar with the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
