Qualifications 任职资格：
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. 本科学历，机械或者汽车工程
相关专业；
? 3 years related working experience in the automotive industry, familiar with engine products
is plus. 3 年或以上相关工作经验，熟悉发动机产品更好；
? Must have basic knowledge of APQP, GD&T, FMEA, CAD (Caita, UG, SDRC). 必须具备
APQP, GD&T, FMEA, CAD (Caita, UG, SDRC)的基本知识；
? Good written and verbal English, fluent Mandarin Chinese, and another foreign language is
plus. 良好的英语说写能力，熟练的普通话，会另外的外语更好；
? Candidate must have a spirit of teamwork, combined with good organizational and
interpersonal skills. 团队合作，良好的组织和人际交往能力；
? Candidate must also be responsible, self-motivated, can work well under pressure and quickly
provide insight during complicated discussion. 有责任心、自我激励、抗压力强、思维活
跃。
Duties and Responsibilities 职责：
1. Primary responsibility is to administrate prototype part procurement (including quote &
receive), prototype build process and testing process. 维护样件零部件采购，包括询价和
取得报价，样件建立和测试的进度计划；
2. Maintain & report prototype timing to the Cross Functional Team (CFT) weekly. 维持样件
进度并每周向核心功能小组报告；
3. Support process development with Design Engineers and Quality Engineer. 和设计、质量
工程师一起在设计、流程开发上支持项目；
4. Participate in R&D activities as required, within the scope of prototype procurement/process.
按照要求在样件零部件采购/过程范围内参与R&D活动；
5. Follow process for document management and approval. This includes managing drawings,
Bill of Materials (BOM), inspection reports, non-conformance reports, DARs, etc. 遵守文件
管理流程， 包括管理样件零部件、装配工装、测试工装、测试用油等在内的图纸、材
料清单；
6. Interface with the prototype suppliers and make all arrangements required to receive
purchased prototype parts on time.作为与样件供应商的接口，安排样件的准时接收；
7. Track and receive ordered components (including prototype parts, fixtures, consumables, etc.)
and arrange incoming inspection. 跟踪、接收零件和工装，并安排进货检；
8. Initiate and follow through for non-conforming parts using the non-conformance (NC)
process. 按照不符合控制程序处理不符合问题；
9. Establish Prototype Build Control Plan according the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) 根据过
程流程图建立样件控制计划；
10. Collaborate with Quality Engineering Team to develop local prototype suppliers according to
TS 16949.与工程质量团队合作，根据TS16949 来开发样件供应商；
11. Coordinate shipment of parts and units leaving the testing laboratory 协调零部件的发运以
及总成件离开实验室；
12. Sign-off prototype phase documentation in accordance to Global Program Management
System (GPMS) and coordinate phase sign-off to support program timing 根据全球项目管
理系统负责样件的阶段总结签字文件，协调签字以支持项目的进度；
13. Maintain APQP of assigned programs 维持所分配项目的先期产品质量计划；
14. Interdepartmental liaison, key resource in the ‘Development Cross Functional Team’ (CFT)
during prototype process 跨部门联络，在样件建立过程中支持核心功能小组；
15. Establish quotation and report actual cost upon completion of the build and testing processes.
样件成本估算以及实际成本的统计；
16. Responsible for tooling and equipment procurement for prototype builds and testing. 样件建
立和测试的工具和设备支持；
17. Any other reasonable duties which supervisor assigned 主管指派的其它合理工作；
18. Obey the employee hand book , obey standards for safe and health working conditions 遵守
