        Fulfills recruitment needs of experienced hires
？ Identify recruiting needs with Hiring Managers.
        Manage end to end recruitment, from job brief, sourcing, interviewing, offering, and ref-check until candidate on-board.
？ Partner with managers in the interviewing/hiring process
？ Negotiate salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.

2. Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties
