职位描述：
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

? As product manager SEAP, the position is supervising the SEAP Chassis product strategy and its consequent implementation for his responsible Chassis product categories.
? Driving the business performance of the product category by clarity of strategies based on thorough insights of customer requirements, competitors and distribution networks and adapts the global/regional product strategies to these market requirements.
? Have the knowledge of automotive vehicle population and initiate and lead projects to increase market coverage of the responsible product lines and manage the projects with professional tools and process.
? Identifying business opportunities and achieving incremental growth by new product launches and product range extensions.
? Implementing the brand and product strategy through market segmentation and proper brand/product positioning (features, functions, quality, packaging), settling right pricing and creating USP to different target groups.
? Drive the product launches with professional project management methodologies and coordinate with operation or sourcing to make sure of the competitiveness of the launched products.
? Overseeing the business performance of the product lines and driving the business by adequate channel marketing and sales support as catalogue, customer loyalty programs, or other promotional activities
? Provide technical support to both internal & external sales staff, distributors and end user customers
? Liaise with the APAC product team to ensure regional consistency of message
? Following APAC NPI Gate process, work with APAC NPI team to ensure the competitiveness of the launched products as per the sales needs and market demand.
? To ensure consistent product quality



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Diploma or BA degree in engineering, marketing or business management
? Min. 8 years working experiences in multinational companies in marketing, product management or application engineering for automotive industry, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
? Strong self-motivation and have the drive to implement his project or strategies
? Successful track record of achieving profitable growth by his measurable contributions
? Conceptual, analytical thinking and creative in problem solving
? Open-minded and be able to work in team
? Be able to convince the others of his ideas, set priorities and manage the resources to achieve the objectives
? Excellent English and Chinese both in written and oral.
