Responsibilities

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.

a) Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader

2. Assist the China Commercial Team to set up and maintain an effective Pricing System

a) Set up Quarterly/Annual Target Prices to meet business requirements

b) Perform ad hoc pricing simulation for Special Projects

c) Prepare monthly price tracking reports and analysis by major products to support commercial team in decision making

3. Provide Financial Analysis support to the China Commercial Team to ensure delivery of targets

a) Prepare Monthly China Sales & Marketing Business Analysis to help commercial team understand business performance by segments /key customers/products

b) Monitor Sales Rebate and Commission payments to make sure all are within budgets

c) Assist China Commercial and HR teams to establish and execute effective SIP Program to drive sales performance

4. Prepare Monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plans and analyze actual results with those plans

a) Work with China commercial team on preparing Monthly Forecast/ Annual Operating Plan and analyze actual results against such plans

b) Assist in the preparation of long-term Strategy Plan

5. BI System Supporting to China Commercial Team

a) Set Up BI report per China Commercial Management's requirements

b) Drive the BI usage amongst the China Commercial Team

Job Requirements

1. Over 3 years' experiences in finance & accounting in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environment.

Knowledge and Abilities:

1. Degree in Finance and Accounting or above

2. Practical knowledge of ERP system (SAP preferred)

3. Advanced Integration ability: Understands the business interaction including manufacturing cost, sales price trending and market promotion activities

1. Good communication skills

2. Good teamwork player

3. Good interpersonal skills-can work well with both commercial and finance colleagues
