工作职责
岗位特征：
钣金喷漆车间经理全权负责钣金喷漆车间的各项事务。钣金喷漆车间经理通过对钣金喷漆技师的高效配置，实现服务、维修业务的高效率和高效益,并确保能够满足所有质量标准。钣金喷漆车间经理须始终确保客户满意度和忠诚度,其所从事的所有活动均应服务于这一目标。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 管理并监督钣金喷漆车间的维修质量和安全
2. 管理钣金喷漆车间团队，协助售后服务经理完成钣金喷漆车间的人员规划及绩效考核
3. 安排并监督钣金喷漆车间的产能，确保实现盈利目标及有效运转
4. 监督保时捷服务流程的有效执行及运用，提升钣金喷漆车间团队成员的能力
5. 为钣金喷漆车间提供技术支持
6. 管理钣金喷漆车间的工作环境及设备，确保良好运转

Position Characteristics:
The Body &Paint Workshop Manager is fully responsible for various affairs in the Body &Paint workshop including organisation, expertise and management. By allocating the staff in an efficient way, the Body &Paint Workshop Manager is expected to achieve high efficiency and profitability of service and repair, and ensure all quality standards are met. As a leader, the Body &Paint Workshop Manager should set himself as an example and be reliable and kind, and s/he should also be excellent in management. Body &Paint Workshop Manager's primary duty is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty all the time, and all of his/her work activities should be targeted to this.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Manage and monitor the repair quality and safety of the Body &Paint workshop
2. Manage the Body & Paint team, and assist the After Sales Manager in workforce planning and performance evaluation of the Body & Paint workshop
3. Arrange and monitor the Body & Paint workshop capacity, ensuring realisation of the profit target and effective operation of the Body & Paint workshop
4. Make sure the execution and application of Porsche Service Process, and improve the competence of Body & Paint workshop staff
5. Provide technical support for the Body & Paint workshop
6. Manage the work environment and facility of the Body & Paint workshop and make sure the equipment works effectively

任职资格
教育背景：
?须具备高中学历,具有大专学历或同等经验者优先；
?接受过相关技术培训或具有技术背景者优先
 
行业背景：至少具有5年的专业钣金和喷漆从业经历
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?形象气质佳；
?热爱保时捷产品及服务：
?优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系

Education:
?High school degree required, college degree and similar experience preferred;
?Candidates participated in related technology training or with the knowledge background preferred

Industry background：At least 5 years' working experience in Body & Paint industry

Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
?Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services;
