1. To ensure the achievement of Costa new store payment request on standard
确保新店工程款请款按P2P系统标准执行
2. To ensure the payment request on schedule
确保新店工程款请款按要求的时间节点完成
3. Effective communication and service for GC & suppliers’ running account
有效沟通并处理好与总包及厂商的帐务往来
Key Accountabilities
Construction Function:
工程部：
- To support construction PM team with all necessary functional paper work, such as purchase order, goods & service receiving, payment request form and NSO project document management etc. data management and reporting.
支持工程项目经理团队完成必要的书面工作，如工程请款工作、工程档案管理等，作好总包及厂商请款的数据维护及汇报
- To support project manager, check the account and reconcile with general contractor and suppliers, review with finace team regularly
协助项目经理，定期与总包及厂商进行对帐，定期与财务资产部进行核帐。
- To support line manager & D&C D with all necessary admin work
协助直线经理及工程总监完成必要的行政工作
Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
基本：
? Student who can ensure at least 3 days per week to work
? 保证每周至少三天的上班时间
? Relate major such as financial management, engineering administration will be a plus
? 财务、工程管理类背景者优先
? Undergraduate
? 在读大学本科生
Skills/Competencies

? Strong influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment
