Works on designing ceramic products, product qualification and verification.

Applies engineering fundamentals to practical problem solving involving the qualification and verification of tank trims.
能很好运用工程原理处理水件的产品认证
Executes projects by applying matured new technology platforms or problem-solving methods independently.
独立运用成熟的新技术平台或问题解决技巧.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Ceramic/Mechanical or related engineering discipline with 4+ years Professional NPD product design and development experience. And past results include successful leadership of cross function team
在陶瓷,机械或其它相关专业工作要求4年以上新产品设计与制造经验。学士学位。并且有跨部门工作成功的例证
Computer skills: use Pro/E, AutoCAD design expertly.
Pro/E, AutoCAD 等制图专业能力,能独立完成复杂曲面产品的设计
Carries out technical workload of consumer innovation projects and other strategic business initiatives.
有较强的设计创新能力满足客户和公司业务需求
Translate customer, regulatory, and reliability requirements into validation process-QFD process.
能把客户和相关的标准要求转化为技术语言并实施
Makes appropriate decisions using decision support tools and critical thinking including risk/reward ratios and critical path. Uses FMEA to define verification requirements.
会运用相应的风险分析工具和方法作正确的风险评估决策, 熟练应用FMEA 工具
Good communication, self-motivated, team work and able to work under pressure.
沟通能力强, 积极主动 并能承受一定的工作压力, 能引导或参与团队合作
Establishes and reviews plans for multiple activities/projects or plans highly complex personal project; monitors and takes corrective action for processes and systems
较强的项目管理能力, 能有效地制定项目计划,管控并及时纠正项目的进展,确保计划成功完成
Hands-on hard worker, Open mind and passionate.
吃苦耐劳/动手能力强，开朗大方并有不断进取精神
Good speaking and read, write in English prefer.
