职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Lead the implementation and execution of the Heavy business strategy development. Responsible for the full operations including sales, after sales, technical, production, HR & Administration, etc.
领导实施公司全面的发展战略，负责整机大型设备的全面生产和销售市场的运营管理：生产，质量，技术，采购，仓库，销售（国内销售，海外贸易），售后，市场，人力资源和行政等。
？ In line with business line’s strategic objectives, responsible for providing effective leadership to promote and implement the strategic development of the company, and day to day operations.
按照公司战略目标，有效地领导和落实公司战略发展目标及日常运营。
？ To lead the company in line with the company’s vision, mission, values and leadership principles.
按照公司的愿景、使命、价值观和领导力原则领导公司。
？ Increase the sales and after sales through current sales channel and to also create new sales channel development.
通过目前销售渠道提高销售和售后，并不断开发新的销售渠道。
？ Well lead the R&D, engineering and operations efficiently, to work towards improving the material planning, purchasing and logistic for the efficient flow of raw-material and parts to secure production and assembly on time.
引导研发，工艺和运营的有效性，努力提高物料计划，采购和物流以保证原材料和零部件供应，确保生产和装配的及时性。
？ Continuous improvement of production processes and production efficiency, with a target of cutting cost an improving efficiency and delivery times.
在削减成本，提高效率和交货时间为目标的前提下，持续不断改进生产工艺和生产效率。
？ To manage, plan, organize and supervise the business activities according to the specifications and established quality standards. To analyse with Quality and Engineering to implement continuous improvements programs with acquisition of new equipment, automation, development of new products, lay-out improvements, process, etc.
按照明确和既定的质量标准去管理，规划，组织和监督业务。采取质量和工艺方法分析持续改进项目，包括新设备采购，自动化，新产品开发，外观改进，工艺等。
？ To analyse the economic aspects of productive process in relation of labour and consumption of materials quantities creating reduction costs althernatives.
分析生产过程中经济方面劳动力和物料消耗量的关系，从而建立降低成本的替代品。
？ Together with Operation and Quality function to supervise quality standards, delivery performance, maintenance of quality systems and quality certifications.
与生产运营和质量部门配合监督质量标准，交付情况，维护质量体系和质量认证。
？ Further development of local supplier network, and logistics systems (inventory / warehousing / distribution). 进一步发展本地供应商网络和物流系统的完善（存货/仓库/配送）。
？ Oversee the company’s Financial, HR and Admin reporting, and compliance systems.
监督管理公司财务，人力资源和行政的汇报及合规合法制度。
？ Together with related functions to ensure that Profit and revenue targets as well as other KPI’s are reached and the cost control is efficient within the organization to meet KPI targets.
与各个部门配合，以确保利润和收入目标及其他关键业绩指标（KPI）的达成，有效的控制成本达到KPI的指标。
？ Work actively with further development of the middle management team, company culture, and retention of people in the development of the business and its people.

？ Lead Company and the staff to act in accordance with Chinese Law and regulations.

？ Manager Company policies to follow among the staff in all departments.

？ Responsible for the site HSE (Health and Safety) standards and to lead the development of a safe working environment in line with Company targets.

？ Responsible for the implementation of new strategic business initiatives, such as sales teams and Dealer Development, product development and new opportunities.
负责实施战略业务举措，如销售团队和经销商发展，产品开发和新机遇。
？ In collaboration with senior management and the board-actively participate in the realization of strategic plans.
与公司高级管理人员和董事会合作，积极参与战略计划的实现。
？ Actively participate in Senior level strategy discussions and decision making.
积极参与高层战略研讨和决策。
？ Company’s HSE policies and procedures are to be adhered to in personal conduct and within the organization. Actively encourage good practices in health safety and environment area of operation.

Requirements:
？ Min. 10 years working experience in the manufacturing site management, have overall management on Sales, Finance, HR and Site Operations will be preferred.
？ Extensive experience that responsible for company’s P&L will be preferred.
？ Good leadership skills, ability to develop himself and his subordinates, ability to motivate and develop staff.
？ Ability to build relationship with key players both internally and externally.
？ Honest and responsible
