The position holder will be a key member of the FACE PREDEV team which is responsible of the development of new innovative products for the FACE category (Liquid Foundation, BB/CC, Primers, compacts…) which is the biggest category in the make-up market. The key job accountabilities of the candidate include:

? Work collaboratively with internal and external partners including evaluation, pack innovation, advanced research, physical chemistry, operations teams to deliver innovative FACE products respecting the initial project objective and timing

? Leverage the internal consumer studies, market/trend and competition evaluations to develop products that answer consumer needs and tensions.

? Respect the internal lab standards and procedures to ensure the quality of the products.

  

Key requirements:

  

• MS or PhD degree in chemistry, engineering or related scientific field.

• Working experience in cosmetic industry. Some experience in make-up/color cosmetics is a plus.

• Good interpersonal/communications and presentation skills in English.

• Clear-minded and logical expression.
