职位描述：
General Purpose
？ The senior legal is responsible to enhances chief legal counsel effectiveness by developing case information, evidence, and settlement options; tracking cases; advice on general legal matters occurring through ongoing business activities, receiving and solving the legal services requests from Sales, Project Management and customers.
？ This person needs to frequently and effectively communicate with Sales, Project Management, Procumbent, Finance, HR and other businesses teams and functions.

Responsibilities:
？ Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and documents for the business and foreign investment projects.
？ Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes.
？ Prepare legal and corporate documents for routine legal works and foreign investment projects.
？ Manage and control legal corporate work which including legal entity’s standards and regulatory rules, its certifications annual renews or administrative approval case by case.
？ Co-ordinate with external lawyer (both China and Foreign) on legal matters.
？ Handle liaison work with government authority Liaise with other function(s) to smoothed legal transactions.
？ Provide legal guidance on Intellectual Property compliance issues and assess potential risk where there might be alternative interpretations.
？ Maintain legal team databases and filing systems.
？ Perform other related duties as assigned based on chief legal counsel need.

Requirements:
？ Legal degree and appropriate certifications with excellent academic credentials from a top-ranked law school preferred.
？ With good experience in top tier Chinese law firm or top multinational companies will be preferred.
？ Ability to make sound business decisions quickly and in the face of ambiguity and uncertainty.
？ Strong command of the details of relevant laws and regulations but with an ability to make this material understandable and actionable for a business audience.
？ IP working experience is preferred.
？ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
？ Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
？ Desire to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
？ A creative problem solver who is open to new ideas and new approaches.
？ Fluent oral English.
