职位描述:

岗位职责：

1、 维护、开拓招聘渠道，发布招聘信息；

2、 筛选简历，并进行电话面试；

3、 协调面试安排，邀约候选人面试；

4、 跟进候选人，直至其入职。

任职要求：

1、 2020年毕业的应届生，了解奢侈品热爱零售行业优先考虑；

2、 熟练使用word、excel、Power Point等办公软件；

3、 积极主动，头脑清晰，沟通流畅，性格活泼；

4、 有意向将人力资源管理作为自己长期发展的职业；

5、 每周至少提供3天工作，能保证较高出勤率者优先考虑，优秀者毕业后留用。
