职位描述：
? Review and verification payment applications for both staffs and external vendors.
审核员工和外部供应商提交的付款申请
? Ensure all of claims are validated and aligned with related financial /Tax policy
确保所有索赔在符合财务/税务政策的前提下生效
? Ensure all purchase invoices posted accuracy and timely with enough supporting /approval
确保所有采购发票在获准后准确及时过帐
? Bank and cash daily payments
负责现金和银行日常付款
? VAT invoices purchase, issuance and verification
增值税专用发票购买、 核发和查验
? Finish all VAT-input invoices certification and deduction accuracy and timely
 完成所有增值税发票认证，及时准确地进行抵扣
? Responsible for monthly AP reporting, such as monthly balance sheet breakdown
负责每月应付账款报告，如月度资产负债表明细
? Process Interco transactions and do quarterly Interco reconciliation in accordance with accounting principles
推进集团内各国之间的相互交易，根据会计原则做季度平摊
? Delivering to the tax bureau the tax declarations
向税务机关提交纳税申报
? Finish all temporary tasks from line manager
