职位描述：
岗位职责：
--协助销售经理对所管辖销售团队进行日常管理，承担公司下达的业绩指标；
- 协助销售经理完善产品策略、销售策略；
- 通过有效的考核和激励，确保团队完成各项业绩指标；
- 协同销售人员拜访客户，给予下属及时有效的指导和在岗培训；
- 配合经理与其他部门协调，确保团队运作顺畅；
- 收集反馈市场、竞争对手动态，提出解决方案；
- 负责团队的应收账款管理。

任职要求：
-本科以上学历；
- 5年以上销售工作经验，3年以上销售团队管理经验；
- 具有敏锐的商业意识，极强的执行能力、学习能力及沟通技巧；
- 具有良好的团队管理能力，能通过多种方式有效激励员工；
- 乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作；
