General Summary:
The position will serve as merchandising operation for all categories under product team. The scope will include Footwear, Apparel and other as business requires. This individual will lead all aspects of the sample management, data maintenance, Future order file, orders, purchase order and analysis report.

Key Responsibilities:
?Responsible for the sample management: from sample order, delivery, sorting, sales meeting, tradeshow to daily in and out operation.
?Responsible for forecast and order file: preparing forecast file for sales and key account meeting. preparing order foam and purchase order with sales and operation team
?Responsible for data maintenance: make sure data accuracy from CMLP, VMLP , forecast file, order foam to shipment including retail price, month flow, qty and margin.
?Responsible for providing analysis report: Providing related analysis report from purchase order, in/out bound, sell thru, inventory and cost analysis
?Support sell in process from seasonal kick off, PLP, sales meeting, tradeshow to buy preparation
?Coordinator for merchandisers from samples preparation, process alignment, material preparation to X-function alignment.
?Support GB testing request, GB testing will be one of function under merchandising operation team from 2015. This person will also look after GB testing supervisor to make sure quality and integrity are under NB standard.

Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree in related field, business background preferred, MBA a plus
?8+ years demand planning, supply chain, or equivalent experience
?Proficient in manipulating and process large amounts of data
?Experience with demand planning software, implementation a plus
?Working knowledge of S&OP principles, implementation experience a plus
?Understanding of forecasting methodologies and the impact of forecasting on the supply chain
?Previous experience in Consumer Products and Retail business
?Demonstrated understanding of retail go-to-market strategies
?Strong leadership and collaboration skills a must
?Strong organization, planning, communication, and presentation skills required.
?Ability to work independently to achieve business results
?Fluent in English
?Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Access and PowerPoint 举报 分享
