岗位职责Responsibilities About Microsoft STCA
Search Technology Center, Asia (STCA) is a world class engineering hub for Microsoft. We have the world’s best engineering, product and design talent working out of our Beijing and Suzhou offices on cutting edge technologies and products in areas including Search, Advertisement, Online Services and Mobile apps. The products and services STCA teams delivered will significantly impact millions of users around the world, and in particular China. We are reshaping how everyday users think and experience Search, Online Services and mobile apps!
Role & Responsibilities
Our mission is to think end-to-end about the user experience, both broadly and deeply. Giving end users an experience without problems isn’t good enough; we want the experience to be immersive and pleasing for each and every customer. We need to know our users and understand their perceptions, desires, needs, frustrations, environments and problems related to Microsoft devices and services. We need people who are passionate about finding creative ways to evangelize the rich research data we have to both internal and external audiences, and who want to drive the results of those communications to the final experience.

 
岗位要求Requirements Requirements
? Have a bachelor or master degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, design, computer science or related field
? Have comprehensive knowledge of UX research methods such as survey, usability study, ethnographic study, focus group, diary study, eye-tracking etc.
? Have end-to-end experiences of both qualitative and quantitative research projects: from plan, design, data collection, analysis, report to final presentation; must be able to provide some sample work
? Strong in quantitative skills is preferred: master of using survey platform and using Excel, SPSS for data analysis
? Strong interest in internet products and user experience
? Excellent English writing skills: able to write English report
? Pleasant personality with good communication skills and self-confidence
