Responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for supporting Senior Finance Manager and cooperating with Plant Finance Manager, to manage all reporting, tax & compliance related aspects of the Guangzhou Bioseal.
Principal responsibilities
? Manage accounting and reporting part of the plant timely and accurately, including:
o Support local Finance team’s daily Finance operation work.
o Lead monthly closing activities, including closing schedule & financial statements preparation.
o Lead monthly/quarterly Bravo package submission for group reporting purpose.
o Interact directly with internal and external auditors for documents preparation & adequate result.
? Manage the proper tax aspect, including:
o Ensure smooth statutory audit, tax reconciliation and tax filing process .
o Ensure the preparation of GTW (global tax warehouse) timely and accurately.
o Ensure continual compliance with the Chinese Tax Laws and regulations as well as policies and processes.
o Ensure smooth communication with Tax Bureau on the timely basis.
? Actively connect with China Tax Center and GS COE and China Medical compliance team to ensure SOX requirements and implement ad-hoc projects locally.
? Assist Sr. Finance Manager on any other ad-hoc analysis or projects as well as backup for other local Finance team.

Key Qualifications
Education:
?Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting , finance or related fields.
Professional Experience:
?5+ years of well-rounded accounting experience, especially reporting, tax and compliance.
?2+ years of leadership experience.
?Costing accounting would be a plus .
Knowledge and Skills:
?Fluent in the use of both oral and written English.
?Solid accounting and compliance knowledge.
?Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and good ERP system skills (SAP & Yongyou).
?Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
?Team player and can work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
?Master or MBA is a plus.
?Professional qualifications such as CICPA, ACCA or prior experience in big four is preferred.
?Solid understanding and experiences in US GAAP (or IFRS) and Chinese GAAP and experience working in a US based public company would be preferred.
?Experience of setting up the Finance processes/ERP systems would be preferred.
