Main Responsibilities:
间接物料采购 (辅料、设备及服务等)
Indirect Material Purchasing.
供应商开发、评估，选择;
Select and evaluate supplier;
供应商询价，比价，议价，商务谈判；
Enquiry, compare and negotiate with supplier;
订立合同及交付跟催；
Create order and track goods;
跟进订单确保按时准确交货。
The buyer follows the execution of the orders to ensure delivery on time
价格协议，保密协议，采购合同，订单等资料的保存和管理
Price agreement, confidential agreement, purchasing contract and purchasing order filing and management
供应商供货质量、及时率等数据考评;及索赔处理
Mark supplier quality delivery performance and claim for compensation;
供应商日常对帐付款
Supplier payable account management
间接物料含服务的采购合同磋商和价格谈判
Purchasing contract and price negotiation on indirect material/service purchasing
新供应商的开发及维护；
Develop and maintain new supplier;
市场行情分析，数据统计;
Analyze market condition and collect marketing data;
与公司内行政人事、财务部、研发中心及工业化等部门沟通、协作
Cooperating and communicating with internal admin, HR, finance, industrialization dep. Engineer center etc.
三单核对及订单录入；
Check order, receiving note and invoice; input order in system;
办公系统软件熟练，SAP/ERP/SCALA系统等应用熟练且准确;
Proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP/ERP/SCALA system;
持续改善成本及流程，成本意识强烈。
Continuous improvement on process and cost, strong cost sense.
合规操守，维护企业利益
Compliance and fight for company profit.
其他分派任务。
 Other assigned tasks.
Main Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering, finance, Economics or program management
At least 3 year experience in the same function to have developed the required knowledge & skills with the automotive industry. Working in a multi-national company would be advantageous.
Have practical knowledge of project management tools, e.g. program planning; resource planning; quality planning; target setting etc.
Strong sense of Cost impact and value stream analysis as advantage.
Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially Lotus Notes, ERP, PLM,MS-Powerpoint (excel and data analysis) and MS-Project
Command of English is a must,
Good communication skills at all levels
Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia.
