Job Summary
工作概述
BDM is responsible for exploring new sales opportunities , dealing with top key accounts and sales management towards specific territories in the specific industries and territories assigned by the executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
主要的工作职责
1. 在指定的重点行业,寻找重点客户,并且筛选相应的合格的经销商
Develop new key end users and explore qualified dealers in selected industries .
2. 制定并且执行重点客户的销售计划,完成相应的具体销售目标。
Make and operate sales plan for target KA and achive the sale revenue correspondingly.
3. 联合经销商,在重点客户的车间调查客户需求、了解竞争对手情况和完成专业的产品测试。
Allying with dealer,investigate customer needs in workshop ,know the product information of competing brands and finish product tests professionally.
4 . 对所负责的大客户和销售区域,能够提供销售预测。
Do the sales forecast for the target KA and sales territory.
5. 对相关行业的业务进展进行销售分析。
Analysis of the sales work in related market and industries.
6. 对区域销售人员进行专业销售培训。
Afford professional sales training programs towards KAM in related territory.
7. 给区域销售人员提供销售支持。
Afford sales support to salesmen in responsible territory.
8. 参加国内相关行业展会,跟踪展会客户信息,发展业务关系。
Attend domestic exhibitions, follow up the sales leads , and develop business relationship.
9. 完成销售总监交办的制定工作任务。
Finish all the work assigned by sales director.
10.经常出差。
Frequent business travels.
Qualifications:

1.Education & Experience:
教育及经历:
College degree and more than five years of relevant experience,has the experience to handle dealers and develop KA. 大学以上学历; 5年以上相关经验,有经销商销售经验或者大客户开发经验。
Skills:
技能:
1.Result –oriented , can be responsible for the sales target。
结果导向型,能对销售结果负责。
2.Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of KA.
有和大客户不同人员对话的能力
3.Has the skills to talk to the different people of different levels of dealers.
有和经销商不同级别人员进行对话的能力
4.Knowledge of general office software(word,excel,PPT etc.).
基本办公软件的应用。
5.Strong inside experience of sales preferred.
有强的销售实务经验的优先。
6.Work under pressure.
能够承受工作压力。
Preferred 优先考虑的:
1.Related abrasive sales experience in foreign companies.
有外企的磨料销售经验的。
2.Familiarity with dealer sales.
