1. Brief Description
Regional Learning & Development Lead is responsible for quality execution of overall learning & development (L&D) programs and being the contact person for HR & business stakeholders for all matters related to L&D and performance management.
In close collaboration with Global Learning & Development Team & Regional HRs, the role holder drives the regional L&D agenda, ensures quality results, consistency and timely deliverables associated with the implementation of various learning & development frameworks, programs, tools & templates, and reports.
2. Key Result Areas
-Lead the implementation of Global L&D programs within the region, including planning, communicating, organizing, delivering, supporting, and assessing, etc.
-Collaborate with regional stakeholders to initiate & implement Regional / Local L&D programs, including planning, briefing, organizing, delivering, supporting, and assessing, etc.
-Drive high quality of the program deliverables thru the communication with stakeholders of HR & business.
-Provide various reports on an accurate and timely basis.
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
-Manage and organize L&D programs, i.e. workshop training, potential assessment, etc.
-Deliver internal L&D programs, i.e. briefing, workshop training, etc.
-Respond to L&D needs required by stakeholders of HR & Business, collaborate with stakeholders to fulfil the requirement, i.e. implement business driven training program, etc.
-Share the responsibility of innovation and leading changes in L&D area, respond to enquiries and feedbacks, and collaborate with stakeholders of HR & business for continuous improvement, i.e. existing process review & improvement, training program development, etc.
-Engage stakeholders of HR & Business and incumbents to ensure quality deliverables of various L&D programs, i.e. training effectiveness review, people development status review, etc.
-Drive performance management process and metrics to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of respective performance management activities, i.e. Objective Setting, YER, PIP, etc.
4. Incumbent specification
-Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with specialization in HR and/or
HR development
-Experiences: At least 5 years working on Learning and Development function in multinational company with strong program design & facilitation
-Skills Sets: Presentation & Facilitation Skill, Communication & Influencing Skill, Planning & Execution Skills, Good at MS office.
