Duvel Moortgat China is seeking a high energy, passionate, and talented Designer to contribute to our marketing team through visualizing and executing its creative vision across seven international premium beer brands. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of design experience and faces new challenges with a can-do, positive attitude.
OUR COMPANY
Duvel Moortgat is a Belgian brewing group renowned for brewing quality beers like Duvel, Vedett, La Chouffe, Liefmans, Boulevard, and Firestone Walker. Duvel Moortgat China, the group’s China subsidiary, has been operating in the country for ten years and has offices in Shanghai (headquarter), Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi’an, Wuhan, and Chengdu.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Conceiving, developing, and designing creative brand and sales material for online and print
? Ensuring all external-facing materials conform to Duvel Moortgat’s brand guidelines
SKILLS
? Design skills (graphic design, industrial design, packaging design etc.)
? Experience with Adobe creative tools
? Proven experience in commercial art and design
? Photography skills
? High aesthetics sense and attention to detail
? Excellent time management and project management skills
? Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
? 1-2 years of design experience
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
? Fluency in Chinese and English both written and spoken
? Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

1. 负责日常宣传所需视觉设计和印刷物料
2. 负责专题活动项目的整体物料设计
3. 配合社交媒体平台相关平面设计
4. 协助市场部其他各项工作
能力要求：
1. 设计相关专业（平面设计、工业设计、包装设计等）
2. 熟练使用Photoshop，AI等设计软件
3. 有构图美感 + 摄影能力
4. 高审美 + 像素眼 + 创造力
