Job Requirements:
1.Experience of warehouse management including an understanding of lean process, compliance, and cost management is essential;
2.One of the key differentiators behind the success of logistics is the ability to create a culture focused on the customer and continually surpassing the customers’ expectations;
3.To achieve this, the successful candidate will need a combination of hands on warehouse management experience together with the ability to constantly improve costs and operational efficiency;
4.College or above. Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse management, industry background at least 3 years;
5.A strong communicator/interpersonal skills;
6.Oral and written English is preferred;
7.Analytical with problem solving skills;
8.A good team work.
Job Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Manager will direct report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for the warehouse and compliance related activities. The scope of the role is as detailed below.
- Warehouse
a)Maintenance of the warehouse infrastructure;
b)5S management and tracking;
c)Manage the warehouse operations under a safe circumstance;
d)Conduct weekly and monthly PI counting;
e)Daily and weekly operation workload planning;
f)Headcount forecasting according to business;
g)Space utilization management and warehouse location management under acceptable interval;
h)Sourcing and purchasing consumables and manage the stock properly in the warehouse;
i)Quality management for handing, packaging etc. activities.
- Systems
a)Ability to master and operate the Kingdee system (SAP or Oracle is acceptable);
b)Responsible for monthly/annually stock accuracy 99.95% and monthly/annually inventory report;
c)To make sure the transaction both for in and out are as accurate as possible; the physical inventory
data match the ethical inventory date in ERP system together with the operational supervisor.
- Compliance
Ensure the warehouse is fully compliant with all relevant Chinese regulations.
- Cost Management
a)Day to day management of all warehouse costs ;
b)Report for the slowing moving/scrap/return/temporary storage and etc. and updated regularly in view of cost down.
