Job Purpose：
1. Provide Logistics service on outbound process in mainland China.
2. SAP maintenance.
Critical Role and Responsibility：
1. Handle and follow-up all deliveries for outbound and return in mainland China
2. Coordinate and liaise with various parties -3PL, finance, franchisees/SSP/EC etc.
Critical Results：
1. Monitor and coordinate 3PL to ensure goods delivery on time to store.
2. Daily balance released order with DC capacity to avoid unnecessary OT.
3. Closely work with sales team to control sales revenue recognition at the end of each month.
4. Maintain Levi’s purchased related sundries in good condition at all times. Ensure timely issuance of required logistic report to receptive depts.
5. Tracking the inventory trace from warehouse to stores, to ensure physical flow smoothly.
6. Meet the requirements of company policy for logistics.
7. Closely coordinate with internal dept of Finance, Sales and 3PL on documents transfer and information communication.
8. Data collection and provide data analysis from logistics perspective to support business need.
9. LT and customer information maintenance in SAP.
Critical Competency：
1. 2-3 years logistics and distribution experience / knowledge
2. SAP experience is preferred.
3. Good English in written
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Can work independently.
