职位描述：
Ascensia Diabetes Care is a global specialist diabetes care company, dedicated to helping people living with diabetes. Our mission is to empower people living with diabetes through innovative solutions that simplify and improve their lives. POSITION PURPOSE:

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
? Execute local purchasing and order fulfillment management,
? Fulfillment of administrative tasks of the BCC Procurement organization
? Support of daily business: request for quotations, compare proposals, provide analysis, write standard letters
? Create and update statistical information
? Keep updated supplier/contract list in the area of Contract manufacturing
? Procure efficient supply
? Information exchange and communication with customers, suppliers and procurement coworkers as well as with other Service Divisions (e.g. Logistics, Technical Operations, Accounts payable...)
? Preparation of procurement workshops and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
? Completed commercial apprenticeship
Experience
? Experience in transactional purchasing and/or administrative functions
? Advanced usage of modern communication tools, e.g. Word, Excel, Data Warehouse, SAP, PIN, Internet and E-Commerce-tools
Competencies:
? Good to fluent English
? Sound financial analytical evaluation and abilities
? Communication skills
? Service oriented
