POSITION SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
Responsible for successful completion of the sales trainee training program and meet requirements of an entry level account manager.
Job Assignment:
? Familiar with RA products and sales process
? Make sales plan with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory
? Make daily sales call to assigned accounts
? Develop prospect list for sales opportunities
? Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs
? Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities coached by mentor for assigned accounts
? Maintain relationships and satisfaction with assigned customers
? Work with market access partners during the keep, find, and close process
Minimum Qualification:
? Within 2 years of working experience candidate will be eligible for application.
? Good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
? Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives and Networks and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Motion Control, Drive Systems, Services and Solutions).
? Entry level in Industry Knowledge, OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers).
? Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Educational Qualifications:
? Degree: Master or Bachelor
? Major: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
