Store Planning Architect

Daniel Wellington is expanding offline business in China. We are now searching for Store Planning Architect for planning stores within the designated region. This role will cooperate closely with the retail project team, and will take ownership of planning our retail store and control the store layout progress. This position involves frequent travelling. The goal is to assist retail project team to set up retail stores as well as deliver Daniel Wellington brand image and culture.


WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

1. In charge of layout and construction planning of our own and partners operated stores, include 3D rendering and construction drawings.

2. Take responsibility to select furniture, fixtures and equipment in a brand building way to see to see the total of the layout solution, as well as forecast the cost and time scheduling.

3. Take ownership of presentations of layout, technical kick-off meeting and project acceptance. Both internally and against HQ in Sweden.

4. Assist the retail team to implement our brand image in DW retail stores, both thru current layout and market POS material.

5. Other relevant projects assigned by retail project team, such as scheduling and projects cost overdue, for example.

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT

You are amazing at managing your priorities while working with multiple stakeholders in different departments and designated areas within your job scope. You have strong self-leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as strategic thinking and a creative mind.

1. Bachelor and above in Commercial Display Design, Environmental Design, Art and Design and relevant majors.

2. Two years above experience in commercial store interior layout, including commercial display, retail brand store design. Advantageously in the same industry or fashion

3. Expert with interior design standards, crafts and materials.

4. Expert with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant software.

5. Ability to take responsibility in the whole store layout planning process. Which also includes facade, ceiling, flooring solutions, as well as technical solutions like lighting, cash desk technical solutions, etc.

6. Excellent aesthetic, commercial feeling, creation, communication, executive capacity and team cooperation ability.

7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal is a must.

The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
