职位描述：
Role Purpose:
？ Involves effective project management that applying to all projects identified by the CSO office.
？ Work independently as well as within a team, prioritize workload, and meet aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities:
？ Track and manage all projects identified by the CSO office by working with individual project leads identified per each project. Ensure all projects progress as per agreed timelines.
？ Keep senior management updated on project status and progress regularly, using appropriate tools and templates.
？ Organize and lead regular cross functional project meetings to update and to identify and overcome challenges by outlining next steps and responsible persons.
？ Lead and train individual project leads in proper project management practices and skills
？ Create templates and tools for tracking projects and ensure individual project leads are trained in their use.

Requirements
？ Life science degree
？ Certification in project management
？ Relevant background knowledge in clinical research and regulatory affairs
？ Good experience in project management
？ Good experience in clinical trial management
？ Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams, meet aggressive timelines.
？ Drive for results, good managing and measuring work, good abilities of process management, time management, planning, priority setting, etc.
