Responsibilities,



?Provide Facility Management services to client's portfolio.

?Single point of management control for FM in client site.

?Ensure client satisfaction with client by providing seamless interface into client real estate organization.

?Oversee development of capital and expense budgets.

?Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the client.

?Oversee compilation and delivery the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to client.

?Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.

?Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.

?Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Jones Lang LaSalle IFM.



Requirements,



?University degree, preferably in management or English major

?5 years administration experience in foreign companies

?Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills
