Audit Software Project Manager (To Microsoft, based in Suzhou)
 
This position will support Microsoft hardware teams. This person will be a key partner to the SEA/Audit team’s platform for supplier chain management (Audit Management System). This person must be detail oriented, be able to have strong and productive partnerships and be able to work in an area of ambiguity.

Primary responsibilities include assisting audit PM to manage Audit Management System (AMS) and including the communication of business request of business partners to Corp IT and tracking and managing individual features and overall program development. This person must be able to prioritize on the highest risk areas, and establish a regular program communication meeting with Corp IT to verify development activities and features are occurring. This person must track all issues found and be able to report on them in various manners, including by severity and frequency.

The Audit Coordinator will primarily interface with Corp IT and various Microsoft teams, including Sourcing, Manufacturing and Development. An understanding of audit procedures and processes, and a broad understanding of Microsoft in general is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
? Drive successfully Audit Management System and SEA Academy platform development, IT project management experience is strongly preferred
? Definition of the software releases or features
? Project management and release management
? Working closely with others functions, Development and Test
? Active participation in reviews of product specifications, design as well as providing input and feedback to product teams
? Initiating, promoting and driving engineering best process and practices
? Cross group collaboration with other teams (i.e., Channel Operations, Sourcing) as needed
? Assist in identifying gaps, proposing automated solutions for gaps, and complementing these proposed solutions with a cost/benefit analysis to support prioritization
? Prepare communications and reports such as risk and control issues for various teams including senior management on the results of ongoing reviews


Minimum qualifications:
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in program management and product/features definition
? Proficiency in the overall product development lifecycle, project management and release management
? Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
? Demonstrated ability in sustaining healthy cross functional as well as cross group technical relationships.
? Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity and works well in a team.
? A Bachelor/Master in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.

? Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to senior management (written and verbal fluency in both Mandarin and English required)
? Driven success in a fast paced environment
? The ability to provide a solid results-driven call to action
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills and willingness to take on big challenges
? Comfort with working under deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
? Personal judgment when determining the best approach in providing implementable solutions
? The ability to cultivate strong working relationships and drive collaboration across multiple teams
? Maturity to handle difficult issues and communicate effectively the facts and data
? Consistent follow-through on details
