职位描述Key Responsibilities
? Training Management ?
- Develop CS admin training architecture ?
- Conduct CS Training to CS admin staff and relevant parties in Richemont (boutique staff, brand staff, etc.) ?- Keep close monitoring on training results and collect training feedback ?
- Build up and improve CS admin training courses including but not limited to service quality improvement, CS operation process and system training, etc. ? - Adapt training materials and contents to the business needs ?
- Coordinate with different parties to organize training ? Manage and control training budget ?
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide training to facilitate the new process implementation ?
People Development ?
- Embed customer service mind into CS team ? - Constantly collect skill improvement needs from daily operation observation to initiate training to improve service skill of admin staff ?
- Work closely with CS management team to identify and develop talents, recognize and encourage progress of staff
- China CS staff training record maintenance ?
- Serve as a role model
任职要求Qualification
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. The individual shall be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out
administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience of training or retail operation in multinational company, preferred in training, retail, service industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Advanced computer skills for MS Office, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Passionate, proactive with high level of ownership
- Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills and training organization skills
- Can work independently and work as team member
- Always be well prepared
