Responsibilities
-Handle the regular payroll and special salary/bonus/incentive pay out in accordance with company pay philosophy and procedures
-Regular update the C&B related report per request
-Gathers, presents and/or gives advice on statistics of salaries and compensation
-Identifies and determines non-complianceGives input for policies, guidelines and procedures
-Conducts analyses on internal and external data
-Prepare job evaluations using the appropriate job evaluation system
-Support manager in annual salary survey data submission and position benchmark
-Support manager in annual salary increase implementation and liaise with HR team for general coordination, etc.
-Creates, develops and maintain data analyses
Requirements
-Bachelor degree (or above) qualified in Human Resources or other related field.
-At least 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefits position in MNCs is required
-Analytic skills, accuracy and neatness in delivery
-Fluent English (both written and spoken)
-Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint at Intermediate level
-Experience of reviewing, implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes
-Professional in compensation and benefits with >2 years relevant experience
-Conceptual, analytical and result-oriented approach
-Interpersonal and analytical skills
