职位描述：
- Actively participate in the annual budgeting, budget revisions and strategic planning process for one of Fashion Group brand.
- Support Accounting Team in month end closing process to make sure the group reporting is done accurately and timely.
- Analyse the variance between budget and actual result.
- Prepare regular business review package, including weekly commercial report, KPI report, monthly financial package, etc.
- Prepare investment plan for network development and renovation projects.
- Keep track of lease status and provide financial analysis to support commercial negotiation.
- Work closely with all functions to make sure CAPEX/OPEX is well controlled within budget.
- Actively communicate with brand headquarter for related matters.
- Ad hoc business scenario analysis and various business presentations.

Requirements：
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years working experience including at least 2 years in FP&A function
- Big 4 + Retail/FMCG industry is preferred
- CPA or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel / PPT
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multi tasks at the same time 举报 分享
