Principle accountabilities

With the leadership of the China Sales Manager and AsiaPacific Director, and his/her own endeavours :-

? Implement the strategy and quarterly actions
? Prepare for and attend quarterly reviews with line managers.
? Identify Top 50 customers / targets as requested and build effective relationships with them.
? Visit and service customers and prospects across whole Changjiang River region as agreed with line manager.
? OEMS – Assist the country manager and regional director to identify and build relationships with key managers with the key boiler companies.
? Communicate in effective and satisfactory way, spoken and written, with China Country Manager, Asia/Pacific Director.
? Implement the selling strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated distributors and installers.
? Continuously assess the market to identify new customers and opportunities.
? Liaise with the relevant Fernox/Alpha sales offices and field colleagues on any technical assistance that will be required.
? Continuously assess the customer base in order to identify new potential for sales growth.
? Co-ordinate and complete weekly call plans and records, monthly reports and other administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
? Effectively use SalesForce, the Fernox CRM system, logging sales calls and meeting notes.
? Provide feedback on customer business development, competitor activity and product / service performance to assist sales and marketing plans.
