- Business development for Electronics market in China
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of the market segment in an integrated manner and on a global level (in terms of sales, earnings and market share)
- Define and execute market segment strategy and monitor relevant market through key figures (internal and external)
- Analyze technical and industrial trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations for the company
- Market analysis and reporting
- Identify, develop and grow key customers
- Develop capture plans for new target accounts
- Professional and strategic support for target accounts and specialist sales
- Give input to product roadmap planning for the market segment, including the drafting of market segment business plans
- Marketing promotion, (lectures, congresses, fairs, etc.) in coordination with the central marketing department
- Synchronizing the market segment strategy with the ready2_use and application offerings
- Manage 3rd party suppliers and technology partner relationship
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, major in electronics, automation engineering
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in sales or business development role in electronics industry preferably in robotics and automation
- Experience from electronics industry, understanding the sense and mindset of the industry
- Good sense of business
- Robot application and automation experience from electronics industry
- Familiar with sales process and key account management
- High degree of initiative
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to do presentations internally and externally, also internationally
- Global orientation and intercultural competence
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Self-motivation and willingness to expand the responsible area within organization
- This position requires frequent traveling within China and occasionally overseas
