Event Coordinator 市场活动专员（牙科耗材）
Based in: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1． Plan, implement and coordinate marketing events for different market requirement, including trade show, seminar, road-show and conference etc
2． Responsible for the events plan, budget application, logistic arrangement, invitation work etc, prepare well for each detail step and be available to handle urgent issues
3． Provide summary or report after each event, analyze the problem and share the result
4． Collect useful information before and after the events, pass to related department
5． Coordinate with each cooperation team, such as sales team, dealer team, vendor to reach better result for each event
6． According to different event type, provide related media promotion and advertising, release upcoming events information, proceed customer invitation, write news in brief etc
7． Collect related marketing events information in the same industry, and competitor’s events information, analyze and report
8． Timely update website with all the events information
9． Cooperate with company Macom team or other marketing team to finish related marketing events

Qualifications:
1. At least 3-5 years marketing related work, medical background, with event organization work experience is preferred.
2. Hardworking, passion and creative, self motivated and team work sprit
3. High responsibilities and good communication skills, strong work plan
4. Be able to travel frequently
5. Well skills in both reading and writing English

1. 制定、执行、协调部门内针对不同市场需求的各种市场活动（包括展会、研讨会、巡展、各种学术会议）；
2. 进行活动的前期策划，负责活动各环节的安排、落实用户邀请计划以及现场活动的执行；
3. 活动结束后完成活动信息收集，将信息反馈相关部门；
4. 负责和各个合作团队，如销售团队、代理商团队、活动供应商的沟通及共同合作；
5. 根据各类活动特点，进行相应媒体宣传及炒作，发布活动预告，制定客户邀请函，撰写新闻简讯
6. 收集国内外大型市场活动及竞争对手市场活动的动态、信息，并及时汇总
7. 网站定时更新市场各类活动信息；
8. 配合公司或其他部门完成相关的各种市场活动；

任职要求：
1、至少三年以上相关工作经验，有医疗行业背景尤佳。
2.工作严谨认真，富有激情与创意，能承受工作压力，具有良好的自我激励的能力，富有团队合作精神
3、具有高度的责任心和良好的沟通能力，较强的工作计划性
4、具有较强的策划能力，思维活跃，良好的应变及现场执行能力
5、能够适应经常出差
6、英文读写俱佳，熟悉电脑操作及各种软件
