职位描述Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Wholesale Strategies and Policies
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company’s target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects.
- Define commercial policies such as “discount control policy”, “parallel control policy” and “minimum assortment policy” to be implemented by the sales team

2. Operation
- Ensure selling expenses is being well utilized.
- Administer sales and manage overall turnover & profit of China wholesale channel
- Ensure business partners are following Panerai standard in terms if product assortment, POS image, pricing & services.
- Minimize the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) of China wholesale channel

3. Network Development
- Develop corporate sales channel.
- Explore new sales opportunities in potential cities in China
- Anticipate competitors’ initiatives and take immediate action to counter-attack the aggressive competition

4. CRM
- Maintain relationship with major dealers and landlords through brand events/product launch animation
- Develop new customer database through joint-event/joint-promotion with dealers and landlords
- Monitor the handling of national level outstanding after sales service cases

任职要求Qualification
WE LOOKING FOR

- In depth knowledge of wholesale operation model of premium brand, watch industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behaviour
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership skill is vital, to give direction to and nurture the wholesale team
- Prefer frequent traveler
- Having at least 10 years’ experience in sales
- Having strong analytical skill
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin 举报 分享
